U.S. Embassy Holds IPR Forum

Over 170 people attended a forum on Intellectual Property Rights sponsored by the U.S. Embassy at the Dbayeh Convention Center in Beirut on November 2.  Specialists from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office discussed the importance of protecting Intellectual Property to the global economy and to Lebanon.  The speakers discussed the challenges relating to intellectual property laws and their enforcement.
